For the "to be" verbs we just add to write the original sentence that had the "to be" verb in it. Then under that you had to re - write the new sentence fixing the "to be" verb.

Jack Simon 3/8/16
Today in class, March 8, 2017 we had the usual day we have been having for the past week. Mr. Rivers greeted everyone at the door as they would walk into the classroom. Once we got into the classroom, we all got out laptops, sat down and logged in. Mr. Rivers said he did not want to talk that much today, because he has been talking too much in the beginning of class and taking away time from working. He briefly explained that today and tomorrow were the last two days he was going to review senior research paper outlines with us. There were about 5-8 more people he had to review with, and that takes about two more periods. Also, he brought up two more quick things which were, on Friday he was going to explain how to write introduction and closing paragraphs to our senior papers. The second thing, he just wanted to remind us that the "to be" assignment for our senior papers were due tonight at 11:59 p.m.
