Today in class started with everyone coming it class, getting settled, and signing into our computers like every other day. Then when Mr. Rivers was done greeting everyone he began to speak to the class about what is going on in class. He first talked about the previous day of class and how he is almost done with conferences for our senior papers. After that he said how he going to be meeting people all period for their conferences to discuss their outlines. Mr. Rivers then moved on to talking about the opportunity he gave us to fix our senior paper outlines. The opportunity was to fix all the to be verbs like is, are, am, was, and were. We were given till the 8th ath 11:59 PM to take out all of these and to resubmit it to get 60% of the credit back. He also discussed that words like they’re, and it’s are considered to be verbs too because they are just two words put together with one already a to be verb. Mr. Rivers then moved on to talking about how removing all the to be verbs in the outline now will ultimately strengthen the final product of an essay. Then the class split off and everyone started working on what they had to do. During this time I was working on my critical review gathering clips or wevideo and thinking about things to talk about. Then we packed up and the bell rang
