The Adventurer By Kirk Brown

Set in a fantasy world with monsters and magic, a teenage boy name Maverick will leave his life as a common farmer to explore a world he has always dreamed of experiencing personally. He had always wished that he could see the world as a brave adventurer since he was a child. As he travels he finds people and other adventurers who show him how outclassed he is. Wanting to be seen as a real adventurer he tries his hardest to be a better adventure. However,not knowing anything other than the farm, in which he was raised, he finds himself lacking in Survival skill, navigational knowledge, along with having minimal training in self defense. How will maverick fair on his adventure through magically perilous world? The pilot episode follows Maverick as he sets off on his adventure after becoming 18. It illustrates his first meeting with Aurora after she saved him from various situations. It show the initial relationship, how they became adventuring partners and how Aurora will become a teacher to a very inexperienced student.
